The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. Present: Luther Green, Curtis Mason, Courtland Shobe, Doug Barnard, and Julie Green. Absent: Tom Boatman.

The council approved the meeting minutes (motion by Curtis, seconded; all in favor). The financial statement was approved (motion by Luther, seconded; all in favor). Bills were approved for payment (motion by Luther, seconded; all in favor).

The council voted to have a trailer that was blocking an alley towed (motion by Luther, seconded; all in favor).

The next meeting was scheduled for February 9, 2026. The meeting adjourned at 6:24 p.m. (motion by Luther, seconded).
