Stefanie Lee Collins Obituary
Stefanie Lee Collins, 49 of Canton, Missouri passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024 surrounded by her family at her home in Canton.
The daughter of Richard L. Zahn and Vickie L. Phillips Lair was born on May 27, 1975 in Kirksville, Missouri.
She was united in marriage to Doug Collins on February 19, 2000 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Canton, Missouri.
Stefanie was an avid St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. She liked to attend her kids sporting events, golf on Ladies Night and watch hummingbirds.
She is survived by her husband, Doug Collins of Canton, Mo.; three children, Saylor, Hunter and Lucien Collins, all of Canton, Mo.; sister, Stacey (Lynn) Thompson of Mexico, Mo.; brothers, Chad Zahn of Burlington, Ia. and Ercil (Sherry) Lair of Holliday, Mo.; father, Jerry Lair of Williamstown, Mo.; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, David & Edna Phillips and several aunts & uncles.
A memorial visitation will be held Friday, August 16, 2024 from 3 until 6 PM at Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Missouri. Inurnment will be in Forest Grove Cemetery at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the Mississippi Valley State School in Hannibal, Missouri or to Hospice of Northeast Missouri.
