Board meeting minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m. by President Tim Grgurich at the Lewis County Water Office, 98 South Gilead, Ewing, MO. Other board members present were; Travelle Whitaker, Clyde Wagner and Dan Griesbaum. Others present Roger Goings; District Manager and Amy Klocke; Clerk/Operator. Randy Routt was absent.
Tim asked if everyone had read last month’s minutes. The answer was yes. Dan made a motion to approve the minutes. Clyde seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.
Travelle made a motion to approve the Treasury Report. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried. Dan made a motion to approve the payment of bills. Clyde seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried. Clyde made a motion to approve the adjustment report. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.
Old Business: Clyde was sworn in as a board member for the water district.

Dan made a motion to adjourn. Travelle seconded the motion, all in favor and meeting adjourned at 7:35 pm.
