The meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m. by President Tim Grgurich at the Lewis County Water Office, 98
South Gilead, Ewing, MO. Other board members present were; Travelle Whitaker, Randy Routt and Clyde
Wagner. Others present Roger Goings; District Manager and Amy Klocke; Clerk/Operator. Dan Griesbaum was
absent. Mayor Dean Waggy was present representing city of Ewing.


There were no minutes to approve due to no meeting in January because of weather.


Travelle made a motion to approve the Treasury Report. Clyde seconded the motion, all in favor and motion
carried. Randy made a motion to approve the payment of bills. Clyde seconded the motion, all in favor and
motion carried. Travelle made a motion to approve the adjustment report. Randy seconded the motion, all in
favor and motion carried.


Old Business: none


New Business: Mayor Dean Waggy asked the water board if water department would be willing to shut water
off for lack of sewer payment. The board discussed this and it was dismissed.

Clyde made a motion to adjourn. RandY seconded the motion, all in favor and meeting adjourned at 8:08pm.
