1. NHS Sponsor Extra Duty Contracts
   • Approved for Katrina Schaefer and Jesse Uhlmeyer
   • Vote: 4-0-1 (Jake Schaefer abstained due to conflict of interest)
2. Daycare Director Changes
   • Accepted resignation of Beth Weaver
   • Approved extra duty contract for Jessica Frank as new Daycare Director
   • Both votes: 4-0 (Larry Arnold had left the meeting at 7:25 p.m.)
