April 18, 2024
John Waterman called the meeting to order at 6:50PM on April 18, 2024, at the Canton base. Those present were John Waterman, President, Sierra Porter, Secretary, Chris Heimer, Sarah Job, Donnie Martin, Marsha Allison, and Martha Bogguss, Administrator.
One addition to the agenda under New Business – CPA. Martha, seconded by Chris, moved to approve the agenda with the addition. Motion carried.
The election of officers were as followed. Donnie motioned for John Waterman to be elected as President. Sarah seconded. Motioned approved. Donnie motioned Chris Heimer be elected as Vice President. Sarah seconded. Motion approved. John motioned Sierra Porter be appointed secretary. Donnie seconded. Motion approved.
New Business:
1. Mowing: Lawn care bids were reviewed from various bidders. The decision was made to keep using T & D. John, seconded by Chris moved to approve the motion.
2. EMS Week: May 19th. No new base supplies were requested by employees at this time. John, seconded by Donnie motioned to approve.
3. Zoll Monitor Maintenance Agreement: Service plan currently included maintenance. John motioned to continue with Zoll services. Chris seconded. Motion approved. 4. Lewistown base storage shed: Storage shed at Lewistown base is in need of slight roof repair. Until repair it will be used with caution.
5. CPA- Yearly audit is approaching. Martha reached out to Wade Stables and is waiting to hear back. Different CPAs were suggested. Martha will continue to work on this.
No closed session.
Chris, seconded by Sharon, moved to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed.

Before the meeting began a Retirement Party was held for Greg Wright was held with a thank you from the Board by John Waterman and presentation of a plaque. Several other EMS employees were present for cake and congratulations.
John Waterman called the meeting to order at 6:40 pm on March 14, 2024, at the Canton Base. Those present were John Waterman, President, Marsha Allison, Vice President, Sharon Scifres, Secretary, Chris Heimer, Sarah Job, Donnie Martin and Martha Bogguss, Administrator. Also in attendance were Sierra Porter, Barry Matthes, and Leanne Pierce.
Sharon, seconded by Sarah, moved to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried.
John, seconded by Chris, moved to approve the minutes of March 14, 2024 as presented. Motion carried.
Financial report: Questions on the Financial Report were ask and answered. John, seconded by Donnie, moved to accept the financial report as presented. Motion carried
Old Business:
1. Aladetec Renewal: John, seconded by Donnie, moved to approve Aladetec for a 3 year contract at $3,176.91 a year. Motion passed.
New Business:
1. Declaration of Election results: Sierra Porter was elected to the Lewis County Ambulance Board replacing Sharon Scifres.
No closed session.
Marsha, seconded by Chris, moved to adjourn the meeting. Motion passed.
Oath for Directors of the new Board was administered.
