The Commission met pursuant to order of adjournment on April 29, 2024, with Presiding Commissioner Wayne Murphy Jr., and Associate Commissioners Travis Fleer and Deanne Whiston were present. When and where the following proceedings were had to wit: Commissioner Murphy called the meeting to order:
Minutes: Commissioner Fleer made a motion to approve minutes for April 29, 2024. Commissioner Whiston seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
Payroll: Commissioner Murphy motioned to approve the payment of warrants #203353-203356 from General fund, warrants #203358-203362 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #203363 from Assessment fund, and warrant # from LEOF. Commissioner Whiston seconded; Commissioner Fleer agreed. Passed 3-0.
Payroll: Commissioner Murphy motioned to approve the payment by EFTP of warrants #2781- 2797 from General fund, warrants #2798-2799 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #2801-2802 from Assessment fund, and warrant #2803-2819 from LEOF fund. Commissioner Whiston seconded; Commissioner Fleer agreed. Approved 3-0.
Bills: Commissioner Whiston motioned to approve the payments of warrants #31950-31964 from General Revenue, warrants #22189-22199 from Road & Bridge, warrants #5769-5770 from the Assessment, warrants #20943-20949 from L.E.O.F, and warrants #1166 from Co Farm. Commissioner Murphy seconded; Commissioner Fleer agreed. Approved 3-0.
Road & Bridge: Road and Bridge Supervisor Larry Janes and Secretary Colclough were present. Commissioner Murphy signed the reimbursement invoice in the amount of $32,533.63 for conservation rock that had been completed

Checked the golf course road #556 and someone else had already worked on it
SEMA was here on Wednesday and checked roads with Emergency Management Coordinator David Keith and Supervisor Janes

Kevin Ford with T-Moble government called the commission at 11
Treasurer Roberson submitted April bank reconcile report
Emergency manager David Keith emailed a copy of the executive order #24-06 from the Governor
Micheal and Rachelle with RenoDry called to discuss the report and estimate that was given to the commission- Both the Courthouse and Annex buildings are estimated at $24,085.00 together- They will call back the 20th of May- Commissioner Fleer questioned the claim of erosion around the foundation because of moisture, when he was told by the foundation people there was no erosion of the foundation- the foundation was sinking
