P.W.S.D #1 OF LEWIS COUNTY Board Meeting Minutes February 9th, 2026
*Key notes from the most recently approved PWSD #1 of Lewis County board meeting held on February 9, 2026.
PWSD #1 met at the Lewis County Water Office in Ewing with President Tim Grgurich presiding.
Board members Dan Griesbaum, Kevin Cottrell, Kathy Wiskirchen, and Ryan Owens were present, along with District Manager Roger Goings and Clerk/Operator Amy Klocke.
John Hill with Mark Twain Communications was also present.
During public comments, John Hill with Mark Twain Communications presented water tower contract rentals to the board.
The board voted to move forward with Mark Twain and accept the contract.
Under old business, the board approved the 2025 budget and approved renewing the district’s CD at United State Bank.
There was no new business or unannounced business. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
