Paul D. Harrison, 58 of Altoona, Iowa passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at the Unity Point-Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. He leaves behind wife Tamyra Harrison, Son Mont Corbin (Gracie Corbin, wife), grandchildren Barrett and Ivy Corbin, and parents Emma and Larry Harrison.

Paul was many things to many people and touched so many lives from his young farm life growing up in Northeast, Missouri, decades of livestock hauling and dispatching, a drummer for Quickchange, working with people returning from prison and reintegrating into society, and for the last twenty years, being his wife’s right hand, rock, and protector through many adventures, events and endeavors in the political world, presidential campaigns, and fighting for D.C. Statehood. Most of all, he is remembered as a beloved husband and cherished friend, a much loved grandpa, a great neighbor, and having a huge heart. He will be missed. As his wife, He was my rock, and I do not know how to roll with out him.

Arrangements are pending with Arnold’s Funeral Home in Canton, Missouri for a formal service and reception. A celebration of life will also be held in the Des Moines area. Both will be announced after the holidays.

Correspondence can be sent to The Family, 1616 Adventureland Dr. Unit 6200, Altoona, IA 50009.
