LEWIS COUNTY C-I SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION MINUTES* April 16th, 2026
LEWISTOWN, MO- *Key notes from the Lewis County C-1 School District Board of Education reorganization meeting held on April 16, 2026.
The board met in open session in the Central Office Board Room with President Robert Reed Miller calling the meeting to order. The roll call listed five members present: Sue Ann Gaus, JT Gray, Neil Jennings, Robert Reed Miller, and Michael Scoggin. Public comments were listed as none. The board approved the agenda by a 5-0 vote.
Under board reorganization, the board reviewed and certified the election results as presented for Lewis County, Marion County, Shelby County, Clark County, and Knox County. That motion carried 5-0.
The board then elected officers and made appointments. Robert Reed Miller was elected Board President (carried 6-0-1, with Miller abstaining). Neil Jennings was elected Board Vice-President (carried 6-0-1, with Jennings abstaining). Tracy Gonnerman was appointed Board Secretary (carried 7-0) and Kim Kramer was appointed Board Treasurer (carried 7-0). The board also elected Robert Reed Miller as the MSBA Delegate (carried 7-0) and elected Sue Ann Gaus as the MSBA Alternate Delegate (carried 7-0). The meeting adjourned at 5:42 p.m.
