The P.W.S.D. #1 of Lewis County board meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by President Tim Grgurich at the Lewis County Water Office, 98 South Gilead Street in Ewing. Board members present were Tim Grgurich, Dan Griesbaum, Kathy Wiskirchen, and Ryan Owens. Also present were District Manager Roger Goings and Clerk/Operator Amy Klocke. Kevin Cottrell was not present.
There were no public comments.
The board approved the previous month’s minutes, the treasurer’s report, payment of bills, and the adjustment report. The minutes list no old business.
Under new business, the board approved the purchase of stamps. The board also approved a motion for the collection of sewer payments to be split three ways among the water office, Roger, and Amy.
The board held election of officers. Tim Grgurich will remain president, and Dan Griesbaum will become vice president. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
