P.W.S.D #1 OF LEWIS COUNTY Board Meeting Minutes December 8th, 2025
*Key notes from the most recently approved PWSD #1 of Lewis County board meeting held on December 8, 2025:
PWSD #1 met at 7:00 p.m. at the Lewis County Water Office in Ewing with President Tim Grgurich presiding. Board members Travelle Whitaker, Dan Griesbaum, Kevin Cottrell, and Ryan Owens were present, along with District Manager Roger Goings and Clerk/Operator Amy Klocke.
Under new business, the board approved a revised personnel policy.
The board also approved a water rate increase setting the rate at $1.00 for the first 1,000 gallons, $1.00 for the second 1,000 gallons, and $2.00 for the third 1,000 gallons, continuing at that rate for remaining gallons used.
In addition, the board approved annual employee evaluations and a $2.00 per hour raise for both Roger Goings and Amy Klocke, with the raise frozen for three years through 2028.
During public comments, the board approved rounding cash water payments up to the next five cents (not down) when paying by cash only.
