Board meeting minutes
September 8, 2025 Ewing, Mo 63440
The meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m. by President Tim Grgurich at the Lewis County Water Office, 98 South Gilead, Ewing, MO. Other board members present were; Travelle Whitaker, Dan Griesbaum, Kevin Cottrell and Ryan Owens. Others present: Roger Goings; District Manager, Amy Klocke; Clerk/Operator, Alexia Gunzode with Meco Engineering.
Tim asked if everyone had read last month’s minutes. The answer was yes. Ryan made a motion to approve the minutes. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.
Travelle made a motion to approve the Treasury Report. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and motion. carried. Dan made a motion to approve the payment of bills. Kevin seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried. Ryan made a motion to approve the adjustment report. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.

Public Comments: Crystal Peevler spoke on many different insurance option’s on what the district has insured at the August meeting. Dan made a motion to accept option #4 to raise all the deductibles. Kevin seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.
Unannounced Business: Kevin made a motion for MarkTwain Communications contract to say they are responsible for insurance and to increase their insurance policy amount. Also to change the contract termination to change from 180 days to 60 days. Travelle seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried. Travelle made a motion to adjourn. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and meeting adjourned at 8:11pm
