R-V Fire Protection District Board Meeting

Board Members Present: Randy Bronestine, Richard Pearl, Doug Green and Larry Arnold. 

Others present: Tim Shires, Rick Rudd, Dale Brown. Billy Porter entered at 6:33 PM. 

Secretary Minutes: Nov. minutes presented. Motion to approve minutes by Doug Green, 2nd by Richard Pearl. Motion carried. 

Treasurer’s Report: Nov. treasurer’s report presented. Motion to approve treasurer’s reports by Larry Arnold, 2nd by Doug Green. Motion carried. 

Motion by Larry Arnold to approve Beth Logsdon 2026 agreement for financial records @$55 hour. 2nd by Doug Green. Motion carried. 

Motion by Doug Green to approve 2025 payroll. 2nd by Larry Arnold. Motion carried

Fire Chiefs Reports presented: 

Motion by Doug Green to approve the election of officers at the station. 2nd by Larry Arnold. Motion carried. Canton-Chief-Josh Wilson, Asst. Chief-Ricky Rudd, Capt.- Brendan Davis, Lieut.-Matt Dade; Monticelo-Chief-Billy Porter, Asst. Chief-Dale Brown, Capt.-Tim Shires, Lieut.-Clayton Hinton. 

Motion to adjourn by Richard Pearl. 2nd by Doug Green. Motion carried.
