R-V Fire Protection District Board Meeting

January 14, 2026 6:00 PM

Board Members Present: Randy Bronestine, Richard Pearl, Doug Green, Larry Cole and Larry Arnold.

Others present: Josh Wilson, Tim Shires, Billy Porter, Dade.

Secretary Minutes: Dec. minutes presented.  Motion to approve minutes by Doug Green, 2^nd by Larry Cole. Motion carried.  

Treasurer’s Report:   Dec. treasurer’s report presented.  Motion to approve treasurer’s reports by Larry Arnold, 2^nd by Larry Cole. Motion carried.

Old business: Pagers are in service, need to sell old radios.  Trucks are serviced, Williamstown tanker is gone.  No progress on Williamstown landing pad.

New business:  Monticello station bid specs presented.  

Motion by Doug Green to have all district paged the same (Iamresponding) and everyone respond at their discretion.  2^nd by Larry Cole. Motion carried.

Motion by Doug Green to put building bid specifications out for sealed bids.  2^nd by Richard Pearl.  Motion carried.  Bid deadline March 11, 2026 5:00 PM.  

Fire Chiefs Reports presented: 

Motion by Richard Pearl to enter executive session to discuss the following as provided in section 610.021 RSMO, 2^nd by Larry Cole.  Randy Bronestine-yes, Richard Pearl-yes, Doug Green-yes, Larry Cole-yes, Larry Arnold-yes.

2. Personnel
