Chad Michael White Obituary

Chad was an amazing daddy to his little girls, who absolutely adored him. He was also a great ‘cat dad’ to his four indoor cats and outdoor strays. He was truly the kindest, gentlest soul with a unique, quirky sense of humor. As a talented graphic designer and tattoo artist, he poured his creativity and passion into his life and his work, leaving a lasting impression on all who knew him. He enjoyed gaming and sharing that ‘nerdy’ side with his daughters, one of his greatest prides was teaching them to play his favorite childhood game, The Legend of Zelda. Chad enjoyed listening to true crime podcasts and loved reading novels, Stephen King and Neil Gaiman being among his favorite authors. After putting the girls down for bed at night, he, his wife and frequently sister would often wind down with a good horror film or playing his current game on PS5.

Chad was an incredible father, husband, son, brother, and friend. His creativity, warmth, and enthusiasm will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

He is survived by wife, Paige White of Mendon, IL; two daughters, Betty Winter Gannon, 5 and Vera Moon White, 3; his parents, Lisa (Mike) Garner of Ursa, IL and Randy White of Macomb, IL; sister, Tiffany White (Drew Swartzbaugh, also one of Chad’s closest friends) of Ursa, IL; several step siblings; grandmothers, Gloria Howe of Canton, MO and Diana White of Macomb, IL; mother in law, Amy (Brian) Brzoznowski of Iron River, Michigan; father in law, Tim Gannon of Peoria, IL; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, sisters in law and brothers in law.
