April 10th saw the JV Wildcats Baseball team take on the Hawks JV team at QU Park.

The Wildcats would take game one as they would put up 7 runs in just the first inning. The cats would continue stopping a mid game rally from the Hawks as they took the game 14-7. Jeremiah Morris would hit a 3 run home run in the first inning.

The second game would see a late rally as the cats would score in the second inning to lead 1-0 off a wild pitch. However QU would rally and take the lead after scoring in the 3rd and a Home Run in the 5th. Both Cats runs were recorded before a single hit was for the cats. Pitcher Graves would close the game out as the second game would go down as a tie for the JV squads.

QU will travel to Canton to challenge the Wildcats JV again on Wednesday, April the 17th for another JV doubleheader.

Culver-Stockton Varsity will take on Baker this weekend in Kansas as they continue to battle in the Heart.
