Board meeting minutes

March 11, 2024

Ewing, Mo 63440

The meeting was called to order at 7:00p.m. by President Tim Grgurich at the Lewis County Water Office, 98 South Gilead, Ewing, MO.  Other board members present were Travelle Whitaker, Clyde Wagner and Dan Griesbaum. Others present were Roger Goings District Manager and Amy Klocke District Clerk/Operator.  Randy Routt was absent.

Tim asked if everyone had read last month’s minutes.  The answer was yes. Travelle made a motion to approve the minutes. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.

Travelle made a motion to approve the Treasury Report. Clyde seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.  Dan made a motion to approve the payment of bills. Clyde seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried. Clyde made a motion to approve the adjustment report. Travelle seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.

Old Business:  Clyde made a motion to approve the 2024 audit. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.

New Business: Clyde made a motion for Four Points Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc to redo the water user agreement. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.

Public Comments:   Travelle made a motion to renew the USB CD. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and motion carried.

Unannounced Business: 

Clyde made a motion to adjourn. Dan seconded the motion, all in favor and meeting adjourned at 7:37pm.
