Quincy Raceways; 7-12 Photo Gallery & Journal

Quincy, IL — I feel blessed to have two straight weeks of racing. As I wrap up another week of sports coverage. Took a lot of photos in turns one and two this Sunday, as I think I will alternate where I take photos every Sunday.

Jayden Shuman joined me to learn some racing photography as well. The races felt really action-packed, and I believe it helped knock a couple of Lewis County Racers off my list. Adam Birck, Lucas Scheiferdecker, and Richard Wagy made their way to the bull ring. Only one known driver remains on my list, as I hope to see his stock car hit the Broadway Bullring.

For favorite design of the night, I had to look pretty hard for one that stood out. But I will go to the 4-cylinder class for the #71 Kimberly Abbott and the Scooby-Doo design. Which has become a mainstay at Quincy Raceways.

But the Lewis County Fair is over, and Quincy capped it off with the races. Now it’s time to go to work. Oh, and maybe sneak out to the Clark County Fair, I also need to get to a Doggy Paddler game. Have a good week, everyone.
