The Edina Board of Aldermen met in special session at 7:00 p.m. with Mayor Linda Kerr presiding. Aldermen Delmar Strange, David Bugh, Staci Rimer, and Don Crim were present, with Dot Kriegshauser and Rick Yoakum absent.
The purpose of the meeting was to evaluate, rank, and select a consultant for the MoDOT TAP Grant #9900-276 sidewalk project. Three firms from the MoDOT Pre-Approved Consultant List responded to the city’s solicitation—Howe Company (Macon), MECO Engineering (Kirksville), and Klingner & Associates (Hannibal).
After reviewing and ranking the submitted information, the board voted to select Klingner & Associates as the consultant for the sidewalk project. The meeting was then adjourned.
