July 6, 2026 

The Commission met pursuant to order of adjournment on June 29, 2026, with Presiding Commissioner Wayne Murphy Jr. and Associate Commissioner Travis Fleer and Craig Redmon present. When and where the following proceedings were had to wit: Commissioner Murphy called the meeting to order: 

Minutes: Commissioner Redmon made a motion to approve minutes for June 29, 2026. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0. 

Payroll: Commissioner Fleer made a motion to approve timecards from June 21st- July 4th, Commissioner Redmon seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0. 

Bills: Commissioner Fleer motioned to approve the payments of warrants #33583-33594 from General Revenue, warrants #23134-23140 from Road & Bridge, warrants #6121-6123 from Assessment, warrants #21746-21749 from L.E.O.F, and warrants #1225 voided 1226 replaced from Co Farm. Commissioner Murphy seconded; Commissioner Redmon agreed. Approved 3-0. 

Road & Bridge: Road and Bridge Supervisor Drew Frese and Secretary Colclough were present. 

Continuing to blade and fix roads 

Grooming to help with roads 

Fixed tubes in roads behind nursing home #319 & 313 

Hauling county and spot rock 

Mowed #212, 214, 208, 224 

Other Business: 

Clerk Sapp submitted the Clerk Fee report for June 

Clerk Sapp submitted the Election fee report for June 

Clerk Sapp submitted the Court order report for June 

Clerk Sapp submitted the June budget report 

Recorder Parrish submitted her June report 

The MetLife renewal numbers were sent to John with Arch Brokerage 

Shannon Howe was in to discuss the Annex renovation dates and informed the commission he asks those giving bids to make 3 different options for the commission to choose from- he will return July 13 to help score designs then next step will be prices 

Clerk Sapp had to call ELAM about a clog at the extension building and a clog in the courthouse that leaked to the lower level and left stains on the ceiling of the hallway and recorder’s office
