Lewis County Commission – June 22nd, 2026

June 22, 2026 

The Commission met pursuant to order of adjournment on June 15, 2026, with interim Presiding Commissioner Wayne Murphy, and Associate Commissioner Travis Fleer and Craig Redmon present. When and where the following proceedings were had to wit: Commissioner Murphy called the meeting to order: 

Minutes: Commissioner Fleer made a motion to approve minutes for June 15, 2026. Commissioner Redmon seconds; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0. 

Payroll: Commissioner Murphy made a motion to approve timecards from June 7th-20th, Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Redmon agreed. Approved 3-0. 

Bills: Commissioner Fleer motioned to approve the payments of warrants #33562-33571 from General Revenue, warrants #23115-23119 from Road & Bridge, warrants #6113 from the Assessment, warrants #21729-21736 from L.E.O.F, and warrants # from Co Farm. Commissioner Redmon seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0. 

Road & Bridge: Road and Bridge Supervisor Drew Frese was putting a tube in and did not make the meeting 

Other Business: Received a memorandum from Prosecutor Fellinger on HB 2637 salary changes- the commissions asked Clerk Sapp to send it to Ivan Schrader, the commission’s attorney 

Meetings: Commissioner Redmon and Clerk Sapp went to the Data Center Summit in Jefferson City 

Adjourn: Motion to adjourn to Monday, June 29, 2026, by Commissioner Redmon, Commissioner Murphy seconded; Commissioner Fleer agreed, Approved 3-0.
