Board of Equalization Meeting

July 15, 2024 

The Board of Equalization met at 10:00 am with Presiding Commissioner Wayne Murphy, Jr., Southern Commissioner Travis Fleer, Clerk Shannon Sapp, Assessor Tammy Logsdon, and Paige Legg present. Board members Carson Lay, Nichole Simmons, and Virgil Welker were notified there were no disputes and did not attend. When and where the following proceedings were had to wit: Commissioner Murphy called meeting to order: 

Assessor stated that she had 5 phone calls, and all were taken care of 

Clerk Sapp stated that no appointments for appeals to the Board had been scheduled. 

There was discussion on when to close the Board and a tentative date of July 22, 2024, was agreed upon. 

Adjourn: motion to adjourn by Commissioner Fleer. Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 2-0. Meeting adjourned.
