Commission met pursuant to order of adjournment on November 24, 2025, with Presiding Commissioner Wayne Murphy Jr., and Associate Commissioners Travis Fleer and Craig Redmon present. When and where the following proceedings were had to wit: Commissioner Murphy called the meeting to order:
Payroll: Commissioner Redmon motioned to approve the payment of warrants #203725-203726 from General fund, warrants #203727-203730 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #203731 from Assessment fund, and warrant # from LEOF. Commissioner Fleer seconded. Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
Payroll: Commissioner Redmon motioned to approve the payment by EFTP of warrants #4412- 4429 from General fund, warrants #4430-4431 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #4432-4433 from Assessment fund, and warrant #4434-4449 from LEOF fund. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
Bills: Commissioner Fleer motioned to approve the payments of warrants #33128-33133 from General Revenue, warrants #22868-22871 from Road & Bridge, warrants #6023-6025 from the Assessment, warrants #21516-21518 from L.E.O.F, and warrants #1174 from Co Farm. Commissioner Redmon seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
Road & Bridge: Road and Bridge Supervisor Drew Frese and Secretary Colclough were present.
Got the plow trucks ready
Mowed #273 & 228
Brought mowers in late Wednesday
Cut up trees from the wind on Wednesday on #419, 479, 428, 513, 528 and 2 on Sunday
Friday put chains on the graders
All roads had been plowed on Sunday with the guys working overtime- except for a small number of roads in LaBelle that will be finished up today
Other Business: The commission decided we pay first $2,000.00 then the employee pays $500.00 then the county pays remaining $1,500.00 of the insurance deductible
Meetings: Clerk Sapp was at MAC conference November 23rd-25th
