Commission met pursuant to order of adjournment on December 22, 2025, with Presiding Commissioner Wayne Murphy Jr., and Associate Commissioners Travis Fleer and Craig Redmon present. When and where the following proceedings were had to wit: Commissioner Murphy called the meeting to order:
Minutes: Commissioner Murphy made a motion to approve minutes for December 22, 2025. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Redmon agreed. Approved 3-0.
Payroll: Commissioner Fleer motioned to approve the payment of warrants #203741-203742 from General fund, warrants #203743-203746 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #203747 from Assessment fund, and warrant #203260-203261 from LEOF. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Fleer agreed. Approved 3-0.
Payroll: Commissioner Murphy motioned to approve the payment by EFTP of warrants #4489- 4505 from General fund, warrants #4506-4507 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #4508-4509 from Assessment fund, and warrant #4510-4526 from LEOF fund. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Redmon agreed. Approved 3-0.
Bills: Commissioner Fleer motioned to approve the payments of warrants #33190-33200 from General Revenue, warrants #22903-22909 from Road & Bridge, warrants #6037-6040 from Assessment, warrants #21546-21552 from L.E.O.F, and warrants #from Co Farm. Commissioner seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
Road & Bridge: Road and Bridge Supervisor Drew Frese and Secretary Colclough were present.

Cut trees off- 293, 259, 573, 317, 374- will be out looking for downed trees
Put tubes away at the nursing home that were previously delivered
Getting rock piles out of grass at the road and bridge office and shop
Other Business: Treasurer Roberson wrote public entity checks #3944-3960
Commissioner Murphy made a motion to raise inmate housing costs to $50.00 per day at the Lewis County jail. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Redmon agreed. Approved 3- 0.
Sheriff Parrish was in to work on his budget
