November 3, 2025
Commission met pursuant to order of adjournment on October 27, 2025, with Presiding Commissioner Wayne Murphy Jr., and Associate Commissioners Travis Fleer and Craig Redmon present. When and where the following proceedings were had to wit: Commissioner Murphy called the meeting to order:
Minutes: Commissioner Fleer made a motion to approve minutes for October 27, 2025. Commissioner Redmon seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
Payroll: Commissioner Murphy motioned to approve the payment of warrants #203710-203711 from General fund, warrants #203712-203716 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #203717 from Assessment fund, and warrant # from LEOF. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Redmon agreed. Approved 3-0.
Payroll: Commissioner Murphy motioned to approve the payment by EFTP of warrants #4334- 4350 from General fund, warrants #4351-4352 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #4353-4354 from Assessment fund, and warrant #4355-4372 from LEOF fund. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Redmon agreed. Approved 3-0.
Bills: Commissioner Fleer motioned to approve the payments of warrants #33079-33091 from General Revenue, warrants #22830-22840 from Road & Bridge, warrants #6008-6015 from the Assessment, warrants #21496-21503 from L.E.O.F, and warrants #1211 from Co Farm. Commissioner Redmon seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
Road & Bridge: Road and Bridge Supervisor Drew Frese and Secretary Colclough were present.

Bob White on #228 is going to apply dust control every week to let the county know
219 & 225 need bladed
Jim Wilkins would like to fix the his road and have the county take it over- Supervisor Frese will look at the road and will discuss it with the commission later
Other Business: April Bronestine with Oak Hill Title Company picked up the amended road closure paperwork Friday October 31st
A letter from the Auditor’s office stated the common road issue needs to be on April’s ballot
The salary commission will meet Wednesday 19, 2025 at 11am in the courtroom
Deputy Sly submitted the leave balance report
Clerk Sapp submitted the October court order report
Clerk Sapp submitted the October Clerk fees report
Clerk Sapp submitted the October Election fee report
Commissioner Fleer approved the bid for emergency mold removal from ServePro for $36,061.35 to remove walls, ceiling, and insulation Commissioner Redmon seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
The commission had a phone meeting with Nick Rudis- project manager, Leah Dettmers- stakeholder relations manager, and Jamie Page- construction manager to discuss the northern Missouri grid transformation program phase 2- will have to get new easements- they will contact the commission again in early December to sign agreements
Meetings: Commissioner Murphy had an Extension meeting Tuesday 7pm
Adjourn: Motion to adjourn to Tuesday, November 11, 2025, by Commissioner Fleer. Commissioner Murphy seconded; Commissioner Whiston agreed, Approved 3-0.
