Oliver’s 1,000th Career Point; Tigers Pass Raiders

Canton, MO – The Canton Tigers returned home Friday as they took on the North Shelby Raiders. Senior Kaden Oliver had one mission in mind. Get one point. After a tough loss to the Highland Cougars on Tuesday. Kaden Oliver was left needing only one point to reach 1,000 career points. And Oliver was determined to get that point.

The Tigers would take an early lead as the Raiders looked to keep Oliver away from the rim. The Tigers would gain possession of the ball on a Kaden Oliver rebound and bring it up the court. Oliver found an open lane and drove for the rim and found the lay-up to score his 1,000th career point.

Coming out, the Tigers would continue to hold the Raiders off and get away with the win.
