To Whom It May Concern: 

Lewis County has a right of way on all county roads. It has come to our attention, that there are two Republic Services dumpsters on the right of way on 250th Street. The right of way on 250th Street is 60′. Thirty foot from each side of the center line. The dumpsters are located right across from each other. 

Please move all dumpsters off the county right of way, and keep in mind this is a safety concern for all county roads.
