Wildcat Soccer looks to Rebound After Non-Conference Wins


Culver-Stockton Soccer takes a visit from the Waldorf Warriors as both teams look to finish their season strong. Tyler Tomlinson’s squad would win 2-0, While Tyler Hamilton’s squad wins 4-0.

Women’s Win 2-0

The Wildcats would come into the game 6-6-1 with a conference record of 1-6. They look to rebound and get back into the conference Friday the 18 against Grand View. #6 Rian Moore would score her 2nd goal in 15 minutes. Just a clean shot past Waldorf goalkeeper Lucia Serrano.

While McKenna Little would follow 56:18 into the match. The 15th Corner kick would see Desiree Hensiak  play with a shot pass to Savannah Stauffer who sent it back to Hensiek. Hensiek sent a pass to McKenna Little, who headed it past the Warrior goalkeeper for her second goal of the year.

The Wildcat defense and goalkeeper Mackenzie Frizzell would see little to no action as the offense held strong and didn’t allow Waldorf many chances to escape.

Men’s Win 4-0

The Wildcats ended a 24 winless streak with their victory over Waldorf. The last win came at a 2-0 shutout over Harris-Stowe on Sept 12, 2023.

Ruben Celebrates after goal

The Wildcats would strike first as #14 Enzo Lima pass to the head of #9 Ruben Reinertsen to score first. Culver would go 2-0 after a Fugate to Wilkinson-Felgate goal.

Tim Mathys and Jackson Richmiller would bury one each to make the game 4-0. Sealing the win.

Culver-Stockton Soccer heads to Des Moines to take on Grand View University Saturday the 19th.
