Sewer: Shirley and Amy have talked and we are looking at either a February or
March transition date. We are going to use up our card stock and that will also
give time to let everyone know of the new changes coming up. Shirley can put a
notice on the current sewer bills

Security System: Aaron will be in to setup Park access at the office.

15 Lakeview Drive: – Still working on fixing the road.

Signs: – Amy Hustead is working on the new signs.

Speed Bumps: Susie checked with our liability insurance and was told that as long
as we have the proper signage clearly posted we should have no liability on any
car damage.

Green Construction: – Dennis Smith has contacted Green Construction and is
waiting for the settlement check to be sent to him.

Christman Decorations: – Ameren has the Christmas decorations up. They are in
pretty bad shape and we need to check into getting new ones for 2026.

Toliver is working with the Gun Club for a memorial in the Park for Alan. Susie has
several options for bleachers for the Park as well.

Sewer Pumps: All is going well.

Streets: The tube on Rt C and Clow Street needs replaced. It has collapsed and
needs a new tube. We will contact MoDOT and ask for repairs.

Equipment Repairs: The new pull behind Sprayer has not been ordered, checking
prices. Will wait until January to order new speed bumps to replace the ones
stolen.

New Business:
Sewer-CD Renewal: The best rate we could get from the bank was an APY of 3.8%,
so it was decided to not renew the CD, deposit the money into the checking
account, wait till the January CD renews and then put it all with some new money
and make a new CD and shop for better rates at that time. Brandon made the
motion to close the CD and deposit into checking, waiting on the other CD to
mature, Simon seconded. Motion carried

December 9th thru December 30th.

Flags: The pole across from Senior Housing is broken, cannot bring the flag up-
needs to be fixed. Also, we need two new flags, they get them at Menards, 3×5.

City Taxes: Susie had a list of 5 accounts that were under $1.00 each and is asking
that they be written off. The total of all 5 was $ 3.49. Brandon made the motion
to write off these taxes and Simon seconded. Motion carried.
