EWING, Mo- *Key notes from the City of Ewing meeting held on May 12, 2026.

The board decided to check with Chris at New Century Computers to see if the billing history can be copied into an Excel spreadsheet.
The board continued discussing road concerns at 15 Lakeview Drive. Mayor Wagy planned to order cold mix so it would be available when needed, and Tom Willis was expected to review the road and discuss what work needs to be done.

Street work remained under discussion, including the tube at Mr. Tucker’s corner and possible asphalt work by Willis Bros.
The board also discussed making speed bumps with cold mix asphalt so they could not be stolen. T
The new sprayer has been delivered, assembled, and is working well. The board decided the sewer department would pay half the cost since it will also be used at the lagoons.
The spray field, lagoons, and sewer pumps were reported to be working well. The city continued discussing possible plans for America’s 250th anniversary.
The city is also still looking for someone to appoint to an open alderman seat.
