Mayor Bob Corbin called the meeting to order.
Roll Call: Councilmember Robyn Cottrell present, Councilmember James Dade present, Councilmember Carol Henze present, Councilmember Gail Kindhart present, Councilmember Barry Pfister absent, and Councilmember Don Zahn present.
City Employees/Visitors: City Administrator John Roach present, City Clerk Kim Schneider present, City Attorney Jeff Curl present, City Engineer Mark Bross, Chief of Police Aaron Johnson present, Sergeant Jason Powell Present.

Motion by Councilmember Dade approve the consent agenda, motion second by Councilmember Kindhart, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
CITY ENGINEER REPORT – Mark submitted a report.

CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT –
Regionalization Study with Clark County Water – Motion by Councilmember Zahn to approve Regionalization Study with Clark County Water, motion second by Councilmember Henze, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.

Municipal Garage Budget
General Budget – John reviewed all budgets listed above including Capital Line Items.
Motion by Councilmember Henze to approve the purchase of a 2024 John Deere Backhoe from Martin Equipment on a 5 year payment plan and 5 year warranty payments to be $24905.05/year, motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.

MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER ZAHN TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION UNDER STATE STATUTE 610.021, SUBSECTION (3) PERSONNEL, MOTION SECOND BY COUNCILMEMBER DADE, MOTION CARRIED WITH THE FOLLOWING ROLL CALL VOTE: COTTRELL YES, DADE YES, HENZE YES, KINDHART YES, PFISTER ABSENT, ZAHN YES.
Adjournment: With nothing further before the Council, Councilmember Cottrell made the motion to adjourn at 7:00 p.m., motion second by Councilmember Zahn, motion carried 4 yes, 2 absent.
