CITY ENGINEER REPORT – Mark submitted a report.
Action Item: Motion by Councilmember Zahn to approve Ramsey Jones Project Pay Request #1 Wiemelt Plumbing & Excavating, Inc. $232,194.25, motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
Action Item: Motion by Councilmember Kindhart to approve Ramsey Jones Project Change Order #2 Wiemelt Plumbing & Excavating, Inc. $11,650.00, motion second by Councilmember Zahn, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.

MOTION BY COUNCILMEMBER DADE TO POST BILL/ORDINANCE #2024-666 – AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LAGRANGE, MISSOURI AMENDING ORDINANCE SECTION 115.130 LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND SECTION 115.140 CONTRIBUTION – FINAL AVERAGE SALARY – BENEFIT PROGRAM, MOTION SECOND BY COUNCILMEMBER KINDHART, MOTION CARRIED 5 YES, 1 ABSENT.
