Mayor Bob Corbin called the meeting to order.
Roll Call: Councilmember Robyn Cottrell present, Councilmember James Dade present, Councilmember Carol Henze present, Councilmember Gail Kindhart present, Councilmember Barry Pfister absent, and Councilmember Don Zahn present.
City Employees/Visitors: City Administrator John Roach present, City Clerk Kim Schneider present, City Attorney Jeff Curl present, City Engineer Mark Bross present, Wastewater Superintendent Mike Henderson present, Sergeant Jason Powell Present.

Approval of Bills
Motion by Councilmember Dade approve the consent agenda, motion second by Councilmember Zahn, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
CITY ENGINEER REPORT – Mark submitted a report.
MAYOR’S REPORT – Nothing
CITY CLERK’S REPORT –
Motion by Councilmember Zahn to Post Bill/Ordinance #2024-667 – An Ordinance Amending the Annual Budget for Operations for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for the City of LaGrange, MO, motion second by Councilmember Henze, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
Motion by Councilmember Kindhart to Post Bill/Ordinance #2024-668 – An Ordinance Approving and Adopting the Budget for Operations for Fiscal Year 2024-25, for the City of LaGrange, MO, motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 5 yes.
CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT –
OLD/UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
Motion by Councilmember Zahn to approve resolution to authorize Lead Service Line Inventory and Replacement Planning Services Contract with Schulte Supply, Inc., motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
NEW BUSINESS:
Building Lease Discussion – Council discussed metal shed leased north of Casey’s. No adjustments have been made to the lease price since it began in 2018.
Motion by Councilmember Zahn to increase lease price from $100/month to $250/month, motion second by Councilmember Cottrell, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
Adjournment: With nothing further before the Council, Councilmember Cottrell made the motion to adjourn at 5:47 p.m., motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
