The Commission met pursuant to order of adjournment on May 28, 2024, with Presiding Commissioner Wayne Murphy Jr., and Associate Commissioners Travis Fleer and Deanne Whiston were present. When and where the following proceedings were had to wit: Commissioner Murphy called the meeting to order:
Minutes: Commissioner Whiston made a motion to approve minutes for May 20, 2024. Commissioner Murphy seconded; Commissioner Fleer agreed. Approved 3-0.

Payroll: Commissioner Murphy motioned to approve the payment of warrants #203373-203374 from General fund, warrants #203375-203380 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #203381 from Assessment fund, and warrant # from LEOF. Commissioner Whiston seconded; Commissioner Fleer agreed. Passed 3-0.
Payroll: Commissioner Murphy motioned to approve the payment by EFTP of warrants #2857- 2874 from General fund, warrants #2875-2877 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #2878-2879 from Assessment fund, and warrant #2880-2896 from LEOF fund. Commissioner Whiston seconded; Commissioner Fleer agreed. Approved 3-0.
Bills: Commissioner Whiston motioned to approve the payments of warrants #31997-32013 from General Revenue, warrants #22223-22233 from Road & Bridge, warrants #5776-5779 from the Assessment, warrants #20969-20977 from L.E.O.F, and warrants #1168 from Co Farm. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
Road & Bridge: Road and Bridge Supervisor Larry Janes and Secretary Colclough were present.

Other Business: Paige Legg gave the commission a thank you card for donating to 4-H
Deputy Sly submitted the leave balance report
Clerk Sapp submitted the May court order report
Clerk Sapp submitted the May budget report
Recorder Parrish submitted her May report
Treasurer Roberson submitted the May financial report
Meetings: Clerk Sapp and Deputy Sly went to the MAC HR training in Jefferson City May 30th & 31st
Adjourn: Motion to adjourn to Monday, June 10, 2024, by Commissioner Whiston Commissioner Murphy seconded; Commissioner Fleer agreed, passed 3-0.
