Lady Cougars Crush Thunderbirds on Senior Night

Lewistown, MO — The Highland Lady Cougars took on the North Callaway Thunderbirds as they celebrated their seniors on senior night. The Lady Cougars put on a dominant performance, beating the Lady Thunderbirds 61-10 by applying pressure with press defense and consistent shooting, including a game-high 21 points in the second quarter.

In between the games. The winter sports athletes were honored for their achievements. A total of 14 seniors were honored. four of them for the Lady Cougars Basketball team. Those seniors are Chevie Sharpe, Abby Lay, Addy Abell, and team manager Emma Bonnell.
