R4 Fire – March 2025 Meeting Minutes
MAYWOOD, MO- *Key notes from the most recently approved R-4 Fire Protection District board meeting held on March 3, 2026:
The R-4 Fire Protection District board met at 7:00 p.m. at Station #2 in Maywood. Present were Tom Stark, David Keith, Bryan Jennings, Treasurer Gretchen Keith, and Dylan Waterman. Riley Pryor was out of town due to work.
Under old business, the board reported Truck 414 is still in the shop and Truck 418’s AVL is still not fixed. For building maintenance, the minutes note Brown’s still have not fixed the outside lights at Station #1.
In new business, the board announced mowing bids will be open until April 3 for both stations.
During officer reports, Dylan noted the auxiliary purchased new tires and rims for the brush truck.
The minutes also note March 11 testing in Ewing and NECOMM training on March 10 at Station #1.
The next regular monthly meeting is scheduled for April 7, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Station #2 in Maywood due to the election being held April 7 at Station #1.
