- Preliminaries to Meeting
- Call the Meeting to Order.
a. Tom Stark called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. - Roll Call- Present is David and Gretchen Keith, Tom Stark, Dylan Waterman and Bryan
Jenning. Riley Pryor is absent due to work. Quorum Established. - Motion to approve the agenda by David Keith, seconded by Bryan Jennings.
- Consent Agenda
- Approval of minutes from September. Motion to approve by Bryan Jennings, seconded
by David Keith. - Approval of treasurer’s report given by Gretchen Keith; Motion made by Bryan Jennings,
seconded by David Keith. - Old Business
- Truck Maintenance- All are up to date and done.
- New Business
- Christmas Dinner will be Friday December 12th at Station #1 at 7pm.
- December 6th will be Breakfast with Santa at Station #2 from 6:30 to 11 am. Santa will
be there from 8 am to 11am. - Officers Report
a. Raymond Self has asked to join the fire department, he was approved to join. - Questions/Concerns/Comments- John Waterman announced Logan Ag will be doing a fire
training with a date to be announced later. - Closed session Per statute 610.021 Section 3- No closed session
- Regular Monthly meeting to be held on December 2nd, 2025 at 7pm at Station #1, Ewing,
MO - Adjournment- motion to adjourn the meeting by David Keith.
Meeting Adjourned 7:15 pm.
