- Preliminaries to Meeting
- Call the Meeting to Order.
a. Tom Stark called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. - Roll Call- Present is David and Gretchen Keith, Tom Stark, Dylan Waterman and Bryan Jenning. Quorum Established.
- Motion to approve the agenda by David Keith, seconded by Bryan Jennings.
- Consent Agenda
- Approval of minutes from December. Motion to approve by Bryan Jennings, seconded by Tom Stark
- Approval of treasurer’s report given by Gretchen Keith; Motion made by David Keith, seconded by Bryan Jennings.
- Old Business
- Truck Maintenance- Truck 414 is fixed and done.
- Building Maintenance- Nothing to report.
- New Business
- Questioned if new bid needs to be given for concrete work at Station #1 that was on 2025 budget and didn’t get done. Gretchen Keith is going to call the lawyer to ask.
- Officers Report- Dylan W reported Janurary 20th at 6pm going to be a presentation to Dean Wagg, Jeff Ray, Josh Tooley for saving Willie O’Briens life.
Biscuit and Gravy day is January 31st at Station #1, Ewing.
Riley Pryor reported public safety of State of MO, grant for $15,000 has been applied for.
February 28th is soup supper at Station #2 Maywood. - Questions/Concerns/Comments-none
- Closed session Per statute 610.021 Section 3- No closed session
- Regular Monthly meeting to be held on February 3rd, 2026 at 7pm at Station #1, Ewing, MO
- Adjournment- motion to adjourn the meeting by Bryan Jennings, seconded by David Keith.
