September 22, 2025
Commission met pursuant to order of adjournment on September 15, 2025, with Presiding Commissioner Wayne Murphy Jr., and Associate Commissioners Travis Fleer and Craig Redmon present. When and where the following proceedings were had to wit: Commissioner Murphy called the meeting to order:
Minutes: Commissioner Fleer made a motion to approve minutes for September 15, 2025. Commissioner Murphy seconded; Commissioner Redmon agreed. Approved 3-0.
Payroll: Commissioner Fleer motioned to approve the payment of warrants #203683-203684 from General fund, warrants #203685-203689 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #203690 from Assessment fund, and warrant #203691 from LEOF. Commissioner Redmon seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
Payroll: Commissioner Fleer motioned to approve the payment by EFTP of warrants #4216- 4230 from General fund, warrants #4231-4234 from Road & Bridge fund, warrants #4235-4236 from Assessment fund, and warrant #4237-4253 from LEOF fund. Commissioner Redmon seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed. Approved 3-0.
Bills: Commissioner Murphy motioned to approve the payments of warrants #32222-32231 from General Revenue, warrants #22356-22364 from Road & Bridge, warrants #5830-5835 from the Assessment, warrants #21076-21081 from L.E.O.F, and warrants #from Co Farm. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Redmon agreed. Approved 3-0.
Road & Bridge: Road and Bridge Supervisor Drew Frese and Secretary Colclough were present.
Received the signed Mo Department of Conservation CART agreement for 2026
Cut bank off on 250th Rick Sharpe approved
Cutting out potholes, ditches, and will blade again this week since it rained
Stret- Jim Wilkins needs rocked- he requested 1″- he graded just needs rock
David Keith will stop working for the year as his hours are maxed out October 1st
Commissioners asked Secretary Colclough to mail another letter to Republic Services stating two dumpsters on 250th street- a previous letter requesting they be moved of the county road on May 28, 2024
Meetings: Clerk Sapp and Deputy Sly attended the Clerk’s conference September 15th-19th
Treasurer Roberson attended the Treasurer training September 15th-17th
Circuit Clerk George attended the Circuit Clerk training September 16th- 19th
Other Business: Dusty Blue discussed his campaign views and past experiences
Deputy Sly submitted the leave balance report
Jason Whiston submitted an invoice for repairing the Clerk’s doorway for $400.00
Fungus A Mungus submitted an invoice for $2,830.00 for the Anex building testing- 12 air samples, a mold screen inspection with remedial action plan and comprehensive report
Adjourn: Motion to adjourn to Monday, September 29, 2025, by Commissioner Redmon. Commissioner Fleer seconded; Commissioner Murphy agreed, Approved 3-0.
