CANTON, MO – Key notes from the most recently approved Canton Regular Board Meeting on January 20, 2026*
The board discussed creating a new Compliance Officer position and asked Mayor Fretwell to bring back a more detailed job description before moving forward.
Engineers from Bartlett & West provided the regular PFAS project update and also reviewed water system issues with the board. Aldermen requested more detailed numbers and cost information, which Bartlett & West will compile and bring back once complete.
