City of LaGrange, MO Council Meeting Minutes for April 22, 2024 – 5:30pm

Mayor Bob Corbin gave the opening prayer.

Mayor Bob Corbin called the meeting to order. 

Roll Call: Councilmember Robyn Cottrell present, Councilmember James Dade present, Councilmember Carol Henze present, Councilmember Gail Kindhart present, Councilmember Barry Pfister absent, and Councilmember Don Zahn present.

City Employees/Visitors:   City Administrator John Roach present, City Clerk Kim Schneider present, City Attorney Jeff Curl present, City Engineer Mark Bross present, Sergeant Jason Powell Present.  Also present Dave Blickhan.

Motion by Councilmember Kindhart to Certify Election Results – 4/16/24, motion second by Councilmember Cottrell, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.

Motion by Councilmember Dade for 1^st Reading of Bill/Ordinance #2024-667 – An Ordinance Amending the Annual Budget for Operations for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 for the City of LaGrange, MO, motion second by Councilmember Zahn, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.

Motion by Councilmember Zahn to advertise for Street Paving for 2024, motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.

John updated that Schulte Supply will be meeting with John next week regarding the Lead Line Project Timeline.
