City of LaGrange, MO Council Meeting Minutes June 10, 2024 – 5:30pm
Mayor Bob Corbin led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Bob Corbin called the meeting to order.
Roll Call: Councilmember Robyn Cottrell present, Councilmember James Dade present, Councilmember Carol Henze present, Councilmember Gail Kindhart present, Councilmember Barry Pfister absent, and Councilmember Don Zahn present.
City Employees/Visitors: City Administrator John Roach present, City Clerk Kim Schneider present, City Attorney Jeff Curl present, Wastewater Superintendent Mike Henderson Present, Sergeant Jason Powell Present.

Motion by Councilmember Zahn approve the consent agenda, motion second by Councilmember Kindhart, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.

CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT –
Street Bids
W.L. Miller – $237,535
Emery Sapp & Sons – $247,550
John reported that he budgeted $175,000 for this 2024 street project, so we will have to eliminate Jefferson from 8th to Senior Housing and 5th Street from Wakonda to Monroe.
Motion by Councilmember Zahn to have Jeff Curl draw up a resolution and contract with W.L. Miller for approximately $175,000, motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
