City Employees/Visitors: City Administrator John Roach present, City Clerk Kim Schneider present, City Attorney Jeff Curl present, City Engineer Mark Bross present, Chief of Police Aaron Johnson present, Also present: Dave & Tiffany Blickhan.

Motion by Councilmember Henze to approve the consent agenda, with the addition of Engineering Agreement with Klingner & Associates in connection with PFAS Removal and Treatment Options Preliminary Engineering Report and Facility Plan, motion second by Councilmember Zahn, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
CITY ENGINEER REPORT – Mark submitted a report.
Action Item: Motion by Councilmember Zahn for approval and Mayor Signature, Wiemelt Plumbing & Excavating Change Order #2 $3875 – Ramsey Jones Sewer Extension, motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
Action Item: Motion by Councilmember Henze to select Klingner & Associates as Engineer for the PFAS Removal and Treatment Options Preliminary Engineering Report and Facility Plan, motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
Action Item: Motion by Councilmember Dade to authorize Klingner & Associates Engineering Service Agreement for $62,500, motion second by Councilmember Zahn, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.

Councilmember Pfister announced that if interested Wreaths Across America will meet in Memorial Cemetery Saturday 12/16 at 11:00am for ceremony before placing wreaths.
Adjournment: With nothing further before the Council, Councilmember Dade made the motion to adjourn at 5:47 p.m., motion second by Councilmember Zahn, motion carried 5 yes, 1 absent.
