Barry Pfister gave the opening prayer.
Mayor Bob Corbin called the meeting to order.
Roll Call: Councilmember Robyn Cottrell present, Councilmember James Dade present, Councilmember Carol Henze present, Councilmember Gail Kindhart present, Councilmember Barry Pfister present, and Councilmember Don Zahn present.
City Employees/Visitors: City Administrator John Roach present, Deputy City Clerk Lezlie Meyer present, City Attorney Jeff Curl present, City Engineer Mark Bross present, Sergeant Jason Powell Present.

Treasurer’s Report
Motion by Councilmember Henze approve the consent agenda, motion second by Councilmember Cottrell, motion carried 6 yes, 0 absent.
CITY ENGINEER REPORT – Mark submitted a report. Motion by Councilmember Zahn to hold an environmental public hearing June 24, 2024, at 5:00 to review the environmental impact document to meet advertisement and timelines for the Main Street Water Main Replacement project. Motion seconded by Councilmember Dade, motion carries 6 yes, 0 no.
MAYOR’S REPORT – Reported that he and John had driven around town looking at properties and John and Police Chief, Aaron had also driven around town and that they would be addressing properties that need to be mowed and/or cleaned up.
CITY CLERK’S REPORT – Nothing to Report
CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT – Motion by Councilmember Dade to approve and have John and the Mayor sign Dennis G. Koch’s engagement letter. Motion seconded by Zahn, motion carries 6 yes, 0 no.

Motion made by Councilmember Zahn to grant permission to City Attorney, Jeff Curl, to attend Municipal attorney’s Summer Seminar – Osage Beach. Motion seconded by Councilmember Kindhart, 6 yes, 0 no.

Adjournment: With nothing further before the Council, Councilmember Cottrell made the motion to adjourn at 5:54 p.m., motion second by Councilmember Zahn, motion carried 6 yes, 0 no.
