Roll Call: Councilmember Robyn Cottrell present, Councilmember James Dade present, Councilmember Carol Henze present, Councilmember Gail Kindhart present, Councilmember Barry Pfister present, and Councilmember Don Zahn present.

City Employees/Visitors:   City Administrator John Roach present, City Clerk Kim Schneider present, City Attorney Jeff Curl present, City Engineer Mark Bross present, Chief of Police Aaron Johnson present, Wastewater Superintendent Mike Henderson present, Sergeant Jason Powell present.

CITY ENGINEER REPORT – Report attached.

Action Item:  Motion by Councilmember Henze to approve Change Order #4 $15,118 to Wiemelt Plumbing & Excavating, motion second by Councilmember Kindhart, motion carried 6 yes.

Action Item:  Motion by Councilmember Zahn to approve Pay Request #2 (Final) for $195,409.75 to Wiemelt Plumbing & Excavating, motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 6 yes.

Action Item:  Motion by Councilmember Zahn to allow Mayor Bob Corbin and City Clerk Kim Schneider to sign Business Certification Document, motion second by Councilmember Dade, motion carried 6 yes.

CITY ADMINISTRATOR’S REPORT – 

Motin by Councilmember Kindhart to approve Resolution to Authorize Street Asphalt Overlay Project Contract with W.L. Miller Company, motion second by Councilmember Henze, motion carried 6 yes.

COUNCILMEMBER ZAHN MADE A MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION UNDER STATE STATUTE 610.021, SUBSECTION (2) REAL ESTATE.  MOTION SECOND BY COUNCILMEMBER KINDHART COTTRELL, YES, DADE YES, HENZE YES, KINDHART YES, PFISTER YES, ZAHN YES.

Adjournment:  With nothing further before the Council, Councilmember Zahn made the motion to adjourn at 6:18 p.m., motion second by Councilmember Henze, motion carried 6 yes.
