- Preliminaries to Meeting
- Call the Meeting to Order.
a. Tom Stark called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. - Roll Call- Present is David and Gretchen Keith, Tom Stark, Dylan Waterman and Bryan Jenning. Riley Pryor is absent due to work. Quorum Established.
- Motion to approve the agenda by Bryan Jennings , seconded by David Keith.
- Consent Agenda
- Approval of minutes from November. Motion to approve by Bryan Jennings, seconded by Tom Stark
- Approval of treasurer’s report given by Gretchen Keith; Motion made by Bryan Jennings, seconded by David Keith.
- Old Business
- Truck Maintenance- Truck 411 -Back Primer is broken again, this is the 3rd time.
Dylan asked to use Sentinel Fire for repairs. Truck 414- has a loose wire on the
panel box, Robert’s Garage will fix. - Building Maintenance- Back Up Battery is complete at Station #2,Maywood.
- New Business
- Christmas Dinner will be Friday December 12th at Station #1 at 7pm. It’s catered by
Myrtle Mae’s. - December 6th will be Breakfast with Santa at Station #2 from 6:30 to 11 am. Santa will be there from 8 am to 11am.
- Officers Report- anyone is welcome to help on Saturday in Maywood.
- Questions/Concerns/Comments
- Closed session Per statute 610.021 Section 3- No closed session
- Regular Monthly meeting to be held on January 6th, 2025 at 7pm at Station #2, Maywood, MO
- Adjournment- motion to adjourn the meeting by David Keith.
Meeting Adjourned 7:20 pm.
